Job Purpose

Performs multiple tasks on an assigned team, project, or functional area. Tasks will typically include operations of seed equipment, planting, and seed scouting. Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments. May participate in programs or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
