Customer Service Officer
Job Purpose
Job Description:
1. Maintain and update daily stock report, ensuring accurate monitoring of available stock balance.
2. Process orders and provide customer support, including informing customers about product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.
3. Monitor empty pallets to ensure efficient support to customers.
4. Act as a liaison between customers, sales team, front sales, transporters/forwarders, warehouse, and other relevant departments.
5. Manage goods returns from customers and ensure proper follow-up.
6. Arrange shipments for domestic and overseas sales, including freight charges, shipping documents, and payment methods.
7. Handle permit and certificate applications for shipment activities, such as export permits, Phytosanitary certificates, and health certificates.
8. Monitor and address the needs and preferences of customers.
9. Provide sales team with necessary data and support.
10. Update and maintain marine insurance data, and handle follow-up on marine goods damage and claims.
11. Process vendors' payment requests in a timely manner.

Competencies
Education
Experience
1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is desirable, but not required.
2. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
Knowledge
Skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, sales team, and other departments.
2. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
3. Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and make appropriate decisions.
4. Knowledge of relevant permits and certificates for shipment activities is a plus
