Job Purpose
'- จัดทำรายงานรูปแบบ Fix Form ที่เป็น Standard Report เพื่อใช้เป็นรายงานสำหรับการติดตามยอดขายของธุรกิจรายวัน สำหรับผู้บริหาร ทุกระดับ
- สร้างรายงานรูปแบบออนไลน์ บนระบบ Power BI สำหรับมุมมองด้านการขาย ทุก Level ตั้งแต่ผู้จัดการร้าน จนถึงระดับ ผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- จัดทำรายงานนำเสนอผู้บริหารในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่ายทั้งการสรุปรายงานประจำวัน ประจำเดือน หรือประจำปี ด้วยการใช้เครื่องมือสรุปผลที่รวดเร็ว ถูกต้องและเข้าใจง่าย
- จัดทำรายงาน Dashboard และ Standard Report และให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลแก่ทุกหน่วยงานภายใต้ธุรกิจ CPF Trading
- การจัดเตรียม และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลก่อนนำเข้าระบบ รวมไปถึงการมองหาความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลเพื่อนไปใช้ในการออกรายงาน
- การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และมองหาความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจ ผ่าน Google Cloud Platform , Big Query, Power BI และ Excel
- นำเข้าข้อมูลผ่านระบบ Smart soft, Google Sheel เช่น เขตวิเคราะห์การขาย, กลุ่มสินค้า, ข้อมูลพนักงานจัดส่ง ซึ่งต้องแปลงข้อมูล และตรวจเช็คให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมใช้งาน
- การ Maintain ข้อมูลด้านลูกค้า และสินค้า เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการออกรายงาน
- ตรวจสอบระบบติดตามการขายให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง ตลอดเวลา เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความผิดพลาดในการนำข้อมูลมาออกรายงาน
- สนับสนุนแผนกอื่นให้สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ แล้วไปใช้ต่อได้โดยง่ายผ่านระบบ Pivot Excel และ Power BI

Job Description (Accountability)
'1. Prepare a Standard Report to be used as a standard for senior management levels. Until the branch manager level on a daily basis and send out via Email every morning.
- Daily sales overview report, by sales channel, by sales area
- Overview list, sales, profit %, profit by product group
- Payment Portion Report (Payment Channel)
- Provide Dashboard reports for B2C and B2B sales channels for users of all levels.

2. Prepare daily Standard Report to send out via Email every morning.
3. Preparation of a daily profit-loss report in the form of Dashboard as supporting information for the sales boss to analyze daily performance.
4. Importing profit and loss statement figures from the account into Power BI system to prepare the results. (Profit-Loss) monthly
5. Prepare Dashboard reports on sales, sales volume and gross profit. To support products or topics that are the management's focus
6. Prepare reports and provide information support to Product Manager and Product Champion.
(Shrimp, Pork, Chicken, Duck, Egg, Sausage, Processed Egg/Bakery and curry products)
7. Prepare reports and provide information support to Zone & Area Sales Team & Team Manager, ASM.
8. Prepare reports and provide information support to sales owners. (FLP/PLP/LDP)
9. Prepare reports and provide information support to Head Office Support.
(Merchandise, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Development, Strategy, Accounting, Training, HR, Operation Support)
10. Prepare a Dashboard report to support the pig business.
11. Prepare a Dashboard report to support the broiler business.
12. Prepare a Dashboard report to support the duck business.
13. Prepare reports according to the requirements of each department.
14. Data Analysis And look for business-friendly data relationships through Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Power BI, and Excel.
15. Study and find new platforms for data to be used in the preparation of Dashboard and Standard Report reports.
16. Importing data through Smart soft system, Google Sheel such as sales analytics field, product group, delivery staff information. which need to convert and check to be in the correct form, ready to use
17. Maintaining customer and product information for use in reporting.
18. Coordinating with the CPFIT (Smart BI) team in selecting and scope data from Database or Cloud system to use in issuing Dashboard and Standard Report reports.
19. Check the calculation system in the cost and profit system every day for efficiency. Using the right information at all times
20. Inform the problem to the related team to acknowledge the problem and solutions such as sales loss, etc.
21. Teach the use of analyzing reports (Power BI Dashboard) to the sales team, FLP, PLP, LDP, ASM and Merchandise units, Operations units and other departments in the organization to use the information for maximum benefit.
22. Teach the use of Pivot Excel to the Head Office Support departments.
