Job Purpose
Analyze and improve work processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations by continuously monitoring the enactment of laws, regulations, and various requirements, including customer specifications.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Monitor developments in laws and regulations related to human rights and the employment of foreign workers.
- Review and improve the process of recruiting foreign labor from source countries, including collaborating with relevant HRBPs to ensure sufficient labor supply for production.
- Work with stakeholders to support cooperation projects with the Labour Protection Network (LPN).
- Provide consultation and recommendations on labor issues to support international trade.
- Assess human rights risks and evaluate the impact on human rights within the established timeframe.

Experience
- 5-8 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and operational procedures
- Experience in international export business
- Understanding of the needs and expectations of international clients
- Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with all stakeholders
- Knowledge of human rights principles and ethical employment practices

- Relevant laws and regulations
- Labor standards, such as Social Accountability (SA 8000), Thai labor standards (มรท. 80001), etc.
