Human Resources Compensation and Benefit General Manager
Job Purpose
- Ownership of short to mid-term execution and operational of total Rewards and PMS (Total rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Bonuses & Incentives and performance management) work is a specialized area of Rewards and PMS focused on ensure all activity align with action plan and delivery as expectation and KPI's
Job Description (Accountability)
- Ongoing management and control compensation & benefits operation within short to mid-term and monitoring of plan results
- Translates the framework and objective of strategy into key initatives to be executed across the organization - using benchmarks, metrics, and industry trends for the organization to understand business and employees needs
- Researching and analyzing key perspectives (employee, external lable market, cost, and workforce requirements)
- Implementing salary planning, tie compensation to the performance assessment process, and communicate the compensation structure to employees,
- Manage rewards program (i.e. salary, employee benefits, pension, promotions etc.) to recognize contributing employees and to maintain positive and motivated employee morale
- Explain and clarity on policies, programs and support adoption by BU
- Diagnosis and analysis to support for BU specific solutions and improvement opportunities and performance driving areas of the business to offer different total rewars packages
- Training for people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development, rewarding high performance, and addressing under performance

Experience
- More than 8 years of experience
- Supports complex business cases and scenarios with storytelling techniques
- Moves people into action through storytelling
- Utilizes storytelling effectively, even for high complexity narratives, ideas, and findings
Knowledge
- Has expertise in various areas of HR
- Able applies his knowledge in area of expertis to carry out activities in the organization
- Performs advanced data analysis to clearly articulate short and long term impact of proposed initiatives
- Recommends changes to bring improvement to the organization
- Builds trusted relationships with key stakeholders and manages any changes/interventions with them
- Identifies change agents and mobilizes them to aid project implementation
- Influences relevant stakeholders within his/her span of control to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
Skills
- Formulates policies and procedures for the organization in his / her area of expertise
- Connects with HRBPs and SSCs to ensure standardized application of policies
- Coaches his / her team members on the development of processes / policies / procedures etc.
