Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Assessment of various processes, systems, or products within the organization.
  • Conduct internal audits of operational, and compliance processes and audit program management.
  • Compliance Audit with the CPF Food Standard and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure that the system operates consistently Systems, covering food safety and quality for all Business units inside and outside the country. 
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk and develop audit program accordingly.
  • Evaluation effectiveness of the business units for the system implementations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating and implementing evaluation frameworks and methodologies. Analyzing data and preparing reports based on evaluation and Audit results.  
  • Prepare audit results and analyzed data to present at the management review meeting. 
  • Collaborating with management to develop action plans for continual improvement.
  • Evaluating the performance of each business unit to determine the audit program and present the work performance results to the management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master degree or higher in agricultural industry, science engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in animal husbandry, production quality assurance, management systems, etc.
  • Have experience working in a certification body or have experience in conducting audit for at least 2 years in occupational safety management, food safety and quality management in related business unites such as feed, farm and food.
  • Have knowledge of quality and food safety standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.(Toeic700 up)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of audit concepts and risk assessment.
