Job responsibilities
Customer Development
- Is able to partner in a joint business planning (JBP) process by collaborating with the customer to develop and establish mutually agreed business objectives and plans with shared responsibility
Category Development
- Propose and implement the annual category strategy (customer business plan) e.g. assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis.
- Ensure and implement with CP-Meiji brand strategy to: new products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
Operation Excellent
- Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree of Marketing, Economics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Key Account Manager position from FMCG industry
- Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
