Job Purpose

Implement the plan for improving the sustainability policy of human resources, focusing on creating an ecosystem to care for employees and managing human resources in line with sustainability management

Job Description (Accountability)

- Implement the plan to improve the sustainability policy of human resources and processes to align with current situations and business demand trends.
- Implement the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) concept in all human resources processes to create fairness and equality in the workplace.
- Collect performance results that align with the sustainability policy of human resources.
- Prepare annual reports and sustainability reports to respond to investor evaluation questionnaires.
- Gather performance results to report information in accordance with international sustainability index standards (SD Index).
- Provide information to participate in sustainability awards for human resource management both domestically and internationally.

Education

Bachelor Degrees
Master Degrees in Human Resource Development or Psychology

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in human resource sustainability
- Experience supporting the integration of human rights principles and labor standards into HR policies and processes
- Experience in collecting data to assess stakeholder needs and expectations, both internal and external, to develop HR policies and plans that address issues effectively and balance them with positive impacts

Knowledge

- Basic understanding of sustainability principles and strategies at a level that can support their application in the context of human resources
- Ability to provide basic information and recommendations on aligning policies with sustainability needs and changes
- Fundamental knowledge of human resource management, with the ability to use this knowledge to support the development of policies and processes related to sustainability
- Basic knowledge of sustainability performance indicators, such as DJSI, and the ability to support compliance with these standards
