1.Project Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
2.Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks and issues effectively.
Implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
3.Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
4.Quality Assurance:
Monitor project deliverables' quality and ensure they meet project requirements and company standards.
5.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals.
