Job Purpose

The purpose of the Project Management Expert role at CPF (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. is to spearhead initiatives that drive efficiency across our livestock operations. This position is integral in aligning business strategies with operational effectiveness, ensuring that each segment of the organisation operates at its optimal potential. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that cater not only to the economic aspects but also promote sustainable practices across our livestock supply chain. Job Description (Accountability)

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the progress and success of each strategy, providing insights that shape future decision-making processes.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of the strengths and weaknesses of each business unit, developing tailored strategies that enhance their operational competitiveness and align with organisational goals.
  • Support and proactively drive projects forward by utilising project management methodologies that ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Coordinate project activities across various units, foster understanding within the business, track vital information, and report on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Encourage collaborative efforts within the team to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Experience

  • A minimum of five years' experience in enhancing factory efficiency, specifically within the food and beverage sector, is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and project analysis to effectively contribute to the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Proven capability in managing projects to deliver results within set deadlines and allocated resources.

Knowledge

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field is required for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles, with familiarity in methodologies such as Agile or Six Sigma being a distinct advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of operational processes within the livestock efficiency domain.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for structured breakdowns of complex challenges faced in operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective stakeholder management and reporting.
