Risk Management Officer
Job Description
- Identifying risk for business, conducting and summarizing risk assessment survey, assisting team to organize workshop or meeting, gathering data and drafting a risk report
- Providing the recommendation to business units on management measures and key risk indicators, monitoring the progress, and summarizing the update
- Initiating risk tools and dashboard for risk management process
- Proposing and implementing projects to raise risk awareness
- Collaborating with business units to develop business continuity management
- Presenting the results of risk assessment, the progress of action plan, and the responsible projects to committee or related parties
- Other works assigned in accordance with risk management
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in CPF operations
- Having the experience on assessing the risk in any fields such as SHE&En, food safety & quality, etc, or implementing BCM/BCP will be advantage
- Possess strong skills on systematic and analytical, problem solving, detail-oriented, interpersonal, presentation, and communication
- Able to work under pressure and be a good player or work independently
- Good command in English
- Able to travel aboard for some time
