Job Purpose

  • Be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring and increasingly also onboarding candidates to fill open positions within a company

Job Description (Accountability)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle as per CPF's Group recruitment process
  • Conduct job briefing, screening CV’s / applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, negotiates & extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc.
  • Build candidate pools by identifying and using multiple recruiting channels appropriately and efficiently
  • Provide recruitment for all positions by Business Unit in responsible including entry-level including recruiting special project, etc.
  • Work closely with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners concerning recruitment transactional activities process and support
  • Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request
  • Comply with the recruitment policy
  • Coordinate and execute the logistics for recruitment events as appropriate
  • Support as Recruitment Business Partner for any customer issues & problems in recruitment

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in recruiting for the relevant business area or work experience from a recruitment agency is an advantage
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
