Talent Management Associate Director
Job Description (Accountability)
• Be a leader of CPF’s talent management program, responsible for onboarding, administration, engagement assessment and development of talents across the organisation
• Work closely with all senior internal stakeholders to understand capabilities needs of BU and key functions.
• Work with recruitment team to assess talents to be recruited, including providing feedback based on key criteria for hire.
• Lead onboarding efforts to ensure smooth assimilation of talents into the organization.
• Lead a team of HRBPs to administrate and answer employee needs
• Lead rigorous performance management cycles on quarter basis, with the bottom 20% of bell curve needed to be managed out. • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communication
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
• Contribute to the business strategy especially people strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise and build organization capabilities, behaviours, structure, and process
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies, and understand for future improvement
• Shape learning and development plans for management trainees with CP Leadership Institute and CPF Learning Centre.
Qualifications
• 8-10+ Year Experience in HR functions and proven experience as 3+ Years as HR Senior Management
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, Law, Political Science or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
• Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
