Job Purpose

Plan strategies, policies, product management, prices, distribution channels. and promotional promotions to products and CPF products according to assigned product groups in every channel To have sales and profits To be in line with the goals of the domestic trade business

Job Description (Accountability)

**1. Strategic Marketing Planning:**
- Analyze the market and industry trends in fresh and processed food.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and market share of products.
- Plan advertising and public relations campaigns.
**2. Product Management:**
- Oversee product management from development, pricing, packaging, to distribution.
- Monitor and improve products to meet market demands.
- Prepare product information and marketing documents.
**3. Marketing Analysis and Monitoring:**
- Analyze sales data and results from marketing activities.
- Evaluate the performance of the marketing team and various campaigns.
- Present summary reports and recommendations to improve strategies.
**4. Coordination with Other Departments:**
- Collaborate with product development, production, procurement, and distribution teams.
- Coordinate with partners and customers to build sustainable relationships.
- Track and manage orders and product shipments.
**5. Exploring and Developing New Markets:**
- Identify market opportunities with new customer groups and regions.
- Develop strategies and marketing plans to enter new markets.
- Assess the feasibility and risks of market expansion.
**6. Marketing Budget Management:**
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
- Monitor expenditures and evaluate the return on investment.

Education

Bachelor Degrees

Experience


'- More than 2-3 years of experience in Category management, Channel Marketing or Trading Marketing in product groups that sell quickly and with low costs, non-durable products (FF, FMCG) or similar products.
- Experienced in market and product analysis at the management level and used to manage the driving Translate insights into strategies and create tactics in relevant business groups before.
