Job Purpose

  • รับผิดชอบการเลี้ยงสัตว์ ในโครงการส่งเสริม/ประกันราคา โดยควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำแนะนำแก่เกษตรกร เพื่อให้ดำเนินการผลิตตามเป้าหมาย 

Job Description (Accountability)

  1. วางแผนการลงสัตว์เข้าเลี้ยง
  2. กำหนดตารางเข้าฟาร์มเกษตรกรเพื่อให้คำแนะนำการเลี้ยง การตรวจสอบอัตราแลกเนื้อ/%การตาย/อุณหภูมิ-ความชื้น/พื้นโรงเรือน/การควบคุมเทคโนโลยีโรงเรือนและระบบระบายอากาศให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อม
  3. สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือในการทำระบบมาตรฐานฟาร์มภาครัฐและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
  4. วางแผนปริมาณอาหาร ยา วัคซีน ให้เกษตรกรเพื่อเลี้ยงสัตว์ปีกแต่ละระยะตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพสัตว์ทั่วไป
  5. วางแผนป้องกัน คาดการณ์โรค และให้คำแนะนำการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเลี้ยง  
  6. แจ้งกำหนดวันจับสัตว์ปีกเข้าโรงงานให้เกษตรกรทราบ เพื่อคำนวณการสั่งอาหารไก่
  7. ประสานการจับไก่ระหว่างเกษตร-โรงงาน
  8. รวมรวมเอกสารเพื่อปิดรุ่นให้เกษตรกร (ตรวจอาหาร ยา วัคซีน คงเหลือ)
  9. ปฏิบัติตามหลักสุขาภิบาลฟาร์ม-โรงฟัก อย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อป้องการโรคระบาดสัตว์

  1. มีความรู้ในการจัดการด้านฟาร์ม
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ไฟฟ้า ประปา
  3. มีความรู้การใช้เครื่องมือ-อุปกรณ์ เทคโนโลยี และระบบโปรแกรมการจัดการฟาร์ม

Skills

  1. การควบคุมการบริหารทีมงาน/การติดตามงาน
  2. การบันทึก-ตรวจสอบ-วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต
  3. การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้าน SHE
