1.Execute operations according to the plans of the shrimp hatchery's chemical laboratory to achieve the set objectives.
2.Inspect chemical quality planning efficiently to ensure alignment with established standards.

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Control product standards and monitor quality control system in chemical testing before distribution to ensure compliance with established standards.
2.Manage analysis and process chemical quality inspection results to develop and improve product standards in line with production process development and customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
3.Collaborate in diagnosing root causes to find preventive measures and solutions to chemical quality issues in the shrimp hatchery, including developing related activities to ensure operations align with established policies, objectives, and goals aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction internally and externally.

Competencies

Education

Experience

Working in research and development or chemical laboratory for no less than 0-3 years.

Knowledge

-Knowledge of shrimp hatchery practices
-Knowledge in chemical analysis and quality inspection
-Familiarity with relevant standards
