Job Purpose
Responsible for planning, overseeing, and verifying the process of receiving customer orders and issuing sales documents within the sales system, ensuring accuracy according to specified standards. Additionally, coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the sale of products as per customer requirements.
Job Description (Accountability)
1.Coordinate with customers, prepare relevant documents and reports, including addressing inquiries, requirements, and issues from customers.
2.Plan and estimate product readiness for sales.
3.Verify order receipts and documentation in the sales process for customers (invoices) and within affiliated farms (product transfer forms).
4.Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure sufficient product availability to meet customer demands.
5.Handle customer complaints, conduct fact-checking, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and provide timely responses to customers.
6.Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service and production processes.
7.Prepare regular reports on customer service and order status.
Experience
Sales management experience in an aquatic feed production factory, ranging from 0 to 3 years.
Knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office computer skills.
Familiarity with Winfeed software.
