Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Applies basic food science knowledge in ingredient functionality and process technology to develop new or improve existing products
- Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/ promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve company’s business goals
- Research and develop new products for the company using lab method for food quality
- Calculate product costs
- Contact with suppliers and research for new material
- Testing new materials
- Improve products to better quality with low cost
- Plan the test run in factory before launch new product
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in food science , or related.
- Good English communication skills.
- at least 5 years’ experience in food industry as a R&D
- Experience in new product development
- Excellent team working skills and stakeholder management.
Working Conditions:
- Working Location: Klaeng, Rayong
- Working Day: Mon - Sat
- Working Hour: 8.00 - 17.00
