HRBP Professional
Job Purpose
- Responsible for supporting HRBP Lead and sub-lead in driving HR strategies implemaentation across the BU
- Helps HRBP Senior in all internal communication, support and service delivery management
Job Description (Accountability)
- Maintains deep understanding of business needs, challenges, goals to build strong relationship & trust with business units
- Provides business partner support to address the strategic HR agenda & needs
- Manage manpower planning, talent development & address sourcing needs based on business requriments
- Develop operational HR programs & define HR policies & standards for BU employees
- Manage talent development & address sourcing needs, with support from People services on administrative tasks
- Request for key HR metrics reports e.g. Service level agreements, time to fill, employee survey results for analysis, tracking & to ensure that HR services that are provided to the BU are of quality & relevance to the business
- Manage local high touch activities, support business units in the implementation of HR strategy and programs
- Serve as a point of local ‘expertise’ and coordination for enquiries / activities with pertinence to specific employee / business queries
- Manage activities for employesss welfare and support by accommodation with support from People Services
- Work with line managers and BU head to manage discipline cases
Education
Experience
- 3 + years of successful business partnership at a divisional/executive level, with proven success in linking HR strategies to the business preference for experience
