Responsibilities

Location: Aquatic Animal Feed Factory, Nong Kae District, Saraburi

  • Monitor various business situations, including trends in the freshwater aquatic animal market in the country, new technologies (sales, farming), production technologies, inventory management, as well as business policies, strategies, and objectives to provide supportive data for managing operations to achieve business goals and maintain competitiveness.
  • Manage engineering operations, maintenance of machinery and equipment in production, repair/construction work related to machinery and parts, public utility systems, computer network systems within the factory, energy systems used in the factory, pollution control systems, as well as machinery improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Control, monitor, and troubleshoot problems, provide consultation on work methods, supervise subordinates to ensure operational plans and set goals are achieved, including development to enhance the capabilities of subordinates.
  • Promote and support marketing activities, including customer visits and farmer visits to build good relationships and a positive company image.
  • Ensure operational compliance with various international standards such as quality systems, environmental management systems, and safe animal feed production systems, Thai labor standards, and other standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Knowledge of management and expense management.
  • Knowledge of aquatic animal feed production, engineering, inventory management, and raw materials management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in management or team leadership.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
