Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Regularly tracking and analyzing sales performance and market dynamics within the freshwater aquatic product sector to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive activities.
- Proactively presenting and promoting the company's freshwater aquatic products across established and emerging sales channels to existing and prospective customers, aiming to increase sales volumes, profitability, and market presence.
- Managing customer interactions comprehensively, from initial order placement through to delivery and payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely resolution of issues, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborating closely with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, and customer visits that enhance relationships and elevate the company’s brand within the industry.

Experience
