Job Description: 

Job Purpose

  • รับผิดชอบการผลิตสัตว์ ดูแลและจัดการฟาร์ม ให้ได้สัตว์ที่มีปริมาณและคุณภาพตรงตามเป้าหมาย

Job Description (Accountability)

  1. ดูแลและควบคุมการจัดการฟาร์มสุกรพันธุ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการผลิตที่บริษัทกำหนด

  2. ตรวจสอบสุขภาพสุกรพันธุ์แม่–พ่อพันธุ์ ดูแลเรื่องการผสมพันธุ์ การตั้งท้อง และการคลอด

  3. ควบคุมดูแลการให้อาหาร การจัดการโรงเรือน และสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมกับการเจริญเติบโตของสุกร

  4. บันทึกข้อมูลการผสมพันธุ์ การคลอด การเลี้ยงลูกสุกร และข้อมูลสุขภาพประจำวัน

  5. เฝ้าระวังโรคระบาด ประสานงานกับสัตวแพทย์ในการดูแลสุขภาพและการรักษา

  6. ควบคุมการใช้วัคซีน ยา และสารอาหารให้เป็นไปตามหลักวิชาการ

  7. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของแม่พันธุ์ พ่อพันธุ์ และลูกสุกร เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพสูง

  8. ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมในฟาร์ม

Competencies

Education

Bachelor Degrees in Animal Science

Experience

  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานการจัดการฟาร์ม 0-2 ปี

Knowledge

  1. มีความรู้ในการจัดการด้านฟาร์ม
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ไฟฟ้า ประปา
  3. มีความรู้การใช้เครื่องมือ-อุปกรณ์ เทคโนโลยี และระบบโปรแกรมการจัดการฟาร์ม/โรงฟัก
  4. มีความรู้เรื่องสุขาภิบาลฟาร์มเพื่อป้องกันโรคระบาดสัตว์

Skills

  1. การควบคุมการบริหารทีมงาน/การติดตามงาน
  2. การบันทึก-ตรวจสอบ-วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต
