Job Description (Accountability)

- Check the health of the pig herd, take care of the pig problems
- Train and guide each person's work
- Deploy and supervise workers to implement the daily feeding program
- Arrange, check and supervise workers to perform work in the farm
- Directly perform work in the breeding area
- Check and adjust the environment in the farm: temperature, wind speed, etc.
- Manage the pig herd: quantity
- Organize the implementation of SHE-5S in the area around the farm periodically
- Deploy and supervise workers to implement biosafety in the farm
