Job Description: 

Job Purpose

- Operating a farm of 2,400 breeding sows according to the company's plan.
- Responsible for asset management, safety and environment for the farm in charge.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Operating the breeding sow production system at the request of the company:
- Synthesize and report production data (laying rate, mating rate, conception rate, mortality rate, number of weaned cows per sow per year, wasted days, reports on barn status, electricity and water consumption...).
- Planning production for the farm and allocating work to each department, each employee involved.
2. Take responsibility for the environment in the livestock farm area according to the provisions of the law on environmental protection and the company's regulations:
- Review and evaluate production activities that affect the farm environment.
- Summarize and report expenditures, indicators and data on safety, health and environment of the farm (environmental KPIs: capacity of using electricity, amount of water used, volume of waste. ..).
3. Be responsible for the safety of the farm during production activities:
- Monitor and inspect equipment and machinery that may affect safety incidents such as fire, explosion, power outage, wastewater leakage, gas leak.
- Disseminate policies and regulations on safety of the farm, train working procedures for new officers and employees when being recruited into the farm.
- Combine training departments on occupational safety according to the provisions of labor law.
- Identify the risks of accidents that may occur during the working process to train and disseminate to all employees.
4. Responsible for the management of assets in the farm (including all assets associated with the production process of the farm):
- Inventory all assets of the farm according to company regulations.
- Synthesize and report data and asset status to the company (report data of pigs, bran, medicines, machinery and equipment...).
5. Human resource management in the farm:
- Allocate work to employees.
- Recruiting and evaluating employees.
- Manage working time...
6. Taking care of the material and spiritual life of officials and employees:
- Monitor the health status of employees.
- Organize cultural and sports activities for farm staff. 

Competencies

Education Description

Education (Max. 2 Major)

Bachelor Degrees in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine

Experience

- Experience of 1 year or more is a plus. 

Knowledge

- Knowledge of animal husbandry techniques. 

Skills Description

- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Diligent, hardworking, agile, honest.
- Basic office computer skill.
