Job Purpose

Project coordination, analysis, collaborative planning, and presentation of project plans, business strategy, to achieve goals efficiently

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Analyze and monitor the results according to each business strategy to ensure that operations are in line with the set goals.
2.Communicate the objectives, initiate, and drive project implementation according to the plan to ensure that the project achieves success within the specified timeframe.
3.Support and drive projects, integrate resources between BUs within the terrestrial animal business and within the group to create a competitive advantage for the organization.
4.Study and analyze risk opportunities, trends, strengths, and weaknesses of the business to develop and improve strategies to enhance efficiency and competitive capabilities.
5.Report progress and analyze business opportunities, risks, and business conditions for management.

Experience

Strategic management, project management office (PMO), management, and engineering work experience of more than 3 years
