MAINTENANCE STAFF
Job Purpose
- Ensure equipment - machinery, fixed assets are repaired quickly, used with high efficiency, minimizing monthly repair costs.
- Maintain and maintain electrical systems, generators, silos, control systems for wastewater treatment with 100% efficiency.
- Welding and repairing the barn frame is always stable.
- Support general work completed according to criteria, projects, work initiatives to reduce costs.
Job Description (Accountability)
1. Daily work:
Early morning:
- Review the contents to be repaired and maintained during the day.
- Check the operation of all machines and equipment according to the checklist.
During the day:
- Organize the repair and maintenance work...
- If the job is completed, report it to management to perform other assigned tasks.
- Train and guide employees in each position, the process of operating machinery, regulations on equipment maintenance, and maintenance of machinery and equipment according to trained instructions.
- Implement, control in terms of Safety - Health - Environment according to the target plan for the annual farm.
- Combined with the import and export supervision department of materials and fuel.
Late afternoon:
- Check the operation of all machines and equipment according to the checklist.
- Close maintenance data.
- Update closing cost data for the day to be provided to relevant departments.
- Synthesize messages of general operation status on systems to send to supervisors and related departments.
2. Weekly work:
- Check the overall operating status of the equipment.
- Gather problems, work proposals.
- Plan the work of the new week.
- Perform routine generator maintenance work (every Friday).
- Collecting data, providing data for related departments.
- Synthesize messages + write reports to supervisors and related departments.
- Follow new plans or programs from supervisors.
3. Monthly work:
- Finalize the data of repair costs, materials, fuel, machine condition, and related systems of the month.
- Summarize texting reports + write reports to supervisors.
- Proposing problems to be solved, new programs to be proposed for application (if any).
- Closing the data of materials, fuel, machinery ... require additional orders for the next month for Pigpro employees to enter the program and place orders on the program.
- Follow new plans or programs from supervisors.
