Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Plan and oversee the maintenance of machinery in the production system to ensure normal operation and maintain machine efficiency of not less than 95%.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks for machinery according to predetermined schedules.
2. Repair, troubleshoot, and optimize machinery in the production system for efficiency.
3. Procure equipment or spare parts for the maintenance of machinery as per established plans.
4. Monitor and control project tasks and machinery upgrades to align with the plan.
5. Collect data and analyze issues to devise preventive measures.
6. Develop techniques for swift and efficient repair and maintenance of machinery, aiming to reduce costs.
7. Support various company activities such as 5S and adhere to environmental policies, occupational health, safety, etc.

Knowledge

• Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, mechanics, and pneumatics.
• Skilled in maintaining machinery, electrical control systems, and PLCs.
• Competent in computer skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
