Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Plan project activities according to the annual budget, control project budgets as set, and reduce project costs by ≥ 5% per project through price negotiation. Promote development and improvement to enhance subordinate efficiency. Introduce new innovative techniques and methods into the workflow processes.

Job Description (Accountability)

"1. Manage and oversee various project activities to ensure they are completed according to set objectives.
2. Review and evaluate project expenditures, procurement processes to align with objectives.
3. Communicate and coordinate with internal units for consultation and joint planning of work.
4. Inspect, control, and accept installation and project work before seeking approval from superiors.
5. Monitor and control contractor work to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards in operations.
6. Supervise and develop subordinates for maximum efficiency, in line with organizational policies.
7. Study and research new technologies and knowledge to improve project work.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors."

Education

Experience

Experience in maintenance work and project management for 6 years or more.

Knowledge

1. **Understanding of Project Engineering**: Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and processes relevant to projects, such as planning, design, knowledge management, and overall project control.
2. **Skills in Planning and Project Management**: Ability to plan essential resources, such as budget, time, and personnel, to ensure projects proceed according to plan and efficiently.
3. **Knowledge of Technology and Materials**: Understanding of technologies and materials used in projects, including the ability to utilize new and efficient technologies and materials effectively.
4. **Team Leadership and Personnel Management Skills**: Capable of effectively leading teams and managing personnel within the project to ensure work is completed according to set goals and criteria.
5. **Problem-solving Abilities**: Proficiency in identifying project issues, analyzing data to find effective solutions to problems that arise during operations.
6. **Communication and Relationship-building Skills**: Effective communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project operations.

Skills

• Skills in engineering maintenance and project management, with knowledge specific to the food industry.
• Familiarity with standard systems and requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TIS 18001, GMP, HALAL, and other necessary standards for job execution.
