Job Description (Accountability)
- Receiving sample using smartilab.
- Prepare tools and media for sampling
- Analyze samples and control test results by setup control chart according to AOAC standard.
- Follow stock and make plan for purchase.
- Response on documents:
+ Supplier evaluation
+ Purchasing documents
- Detect non-comformity point, make corrective action, prevent and improve.
- Training for new member.
- Implement and maintain 5S and safety system
