Job Purpose

responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role involves conducting market research, gathering consumer insights, and contributing to the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. The Assistant Brand Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent and impactful representation of the brand across all touchpoints.

Job Description (Accountability)

- Assist the Brand Manager in developing and executing the brand's strategic plan, including setting objectives, defining target audiences, and aligning marketing tactics
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights into consumer preferences, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and content for brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials
- Coordinate the production and distribution of brand assets, such as marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional items
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment, to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all channels
- Provide administrative support for brand-related projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative brand strategies
- Assist with the planning and execution of brand-focused events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Support the Brand Manager in presenting brand updates and recommendations to senior leadership

Education Description

Education (Max. 2 Major)

Experience

2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field

Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of brand development, positioning, and strategy
Knowledge of brand identity elements, such as logo, messaging, visual design, and tone of voice
Familiarity with brand management best practices, including brand guidelines and brand equity measurement
Understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within the relevant industry or target market
Knowledge of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and how to effectively integrate various marketing channels
Knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry best practices, and emerging trends

Skills Description

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations effectively
Proficient in using marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including social media, email, and content creation
