Job Description: 

Job Purpose

Apply and enhance general information technology systems, off-the-shelf software systems, as well as internal network systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Plan, review, monitor, and coordinate with relevant parties involved in internal and external information technology systems efficiently and effectively, resulting in maximum organizational performance and productivity

Job Description (Accountability)

- System Management and Maintenance: Responsible for managing and maintaining computer network systems and hardware devices both in server systems and general computers, such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance and troubleshoot technical issues for users within the organization, including problems related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Data Management: Responsible for supporting and managing data within the system, including data backup and maintaining data security.
- Software Installation and Upgrades: Install, upgrade, and maintain software systems, including operating systems and applications used within the organization.
- Security Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining the security of systems and data, including preventing unauthorized access and data breaches.
- User Support: Provide guidance and assistance in using computer systems and software for users within the organization.
- Development and Improvement: Responsible for developing and improving information technology systems within the organization to keep up with modern standards and meet business requirements.
Operational System Support: Assist in ensuring that IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently as required.
- Project Management: Responsible for managing information technology projects, including planning, execution, and control to -achieve objectives.
- Recommendations and Collaboration: Provide recommendations and collaborate with management and other departments to support the development of information technology systems aligned with business goals and requirements.
