Job Purpose

+ Manage and Improve Debt Collection Processes:
Develop and implement strategies to improve debt collection processes to be efficient and suitable for the organization's needs.

+ Control and Reduce Payment Risks:
Manage and control risks associated with debt payment to reduce the risks of default and losses.

+ Develop Efficient Debt Management Plans:
Create and execute appropriate debt management plans to ensure that debts are managed properly and aligned with the organization's financial goals.

+ Monitor and Report Debt Status:
Regularly monitor the status of debts and report the progress of debt resolution to management and the organization.

+ Collaborate with Other Departments:
Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure effective and efficient debt management processes.

- Establish and execute efficient debt collection processes to achieve organizational objectives.
- Control and mitigate risks associated with debt payment to minimize defaults and losses.
- Plan and execute debt repayment efficiently to ensure financial stability of the organization.
- Regularly monitor debt status and report debt resolution progress to management and the organization.
- Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure effective and efficient debt collection processes.
