Job Purpose

- Thực hiện các công việc logistic, hỗ trợ công việc của bộ phận được chính xác và nhanh chóng , đúng theo kế hoạch
 

Job Description (Accountability)


-Các công việc liên quan đến logicsc
+ Hợp đồng vận chuyển                                                                                         
+ Cài tuyến đường xe chạy, biển số xe, nhà cung cấp trên chương trình
+ Cài giá vận chuyển
+ theo dõi GPS - check hàng ngày.             
+ Check cước vận chuyển hàng ngày, giải đáp các thắc mắc liên quan đến các bộ phận liên quan.                                                                                             
+ Thanh toán chi phí vận chuyển trên chương trình hàng tháng
+ làm các báo cáo liên quan đến vận chuyển
- Hỗ trợ các công việc của bộ phận.
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

Diploma
Bachelor Degrees

Experience

- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
 (Có kinh nghiệm ở vị trị tương đương 1-2 năm là một lợi thế)
 

Knowledge

- Kiến thức chuyên môn được đào tạo tại trường

Skills

'- Sử dụng thành thạo các ứng dụng văn phòng: exel, word, pownpoint….
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình, khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm
- Chăm chỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc
