Job Purpose

Perform maintenance and upkeep of equipment or machinery within the factory to prevent operational interruptions. Ensure that the animal feed production process or any other work processes continue seamlessly, allowing the delivery of products and services to customers with high quality, meeting the company's established standards.

Job Description (Accountability)

- Project work: Support troubleshooting during project execution.
- Maintenance work: Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct emergency maintenance activities, urgently plan with production to analyze root causes, prevent recurrence, study methods to improve machinery efficiency, perform repairs when breakdown occurs, and test and report repair results.
- Machinery standardization: Check machinery and equipment in the production process, control and monitor corrections based on recommendations from engineering management inspections.
- Innovation implementation: Create or adopt innovations, propose improvements or suggestions accepted by management.
- Preventive maintenance: Study machinery manuals, control and carry out preventive maintenance, and monitor maintenance results.
- Compliance: Operate in accordance with planned management and budget specifications, adhere to various standard systems such as ISO, GMP-HACCP, SHE, TIS PS7818, support national safety awards for factories, TPM, and participate in company activities as assigned, following organizational values and ethics.
