Job Purpose

To build awareness and drive growth for both Official and Non-Official shop channels.

Job Description (Accountability)

• Develop strategies and formulate communication plans for E-Commerce sales channels encompassing both official and non-official shops to enhance target audience awareness.
• Create marketing plans and execute activities across each channel as per the established strategy, followed by post-evaluation to assess outcomes.
• Analyze the online market across platforms to determine sales promotion strategies, including pricing, to gain competitive advantage.
• Evaluate sales data and promotional activities (Pre/Post ROI) to refine plans accordingly.
• Develop a master plan for activities and promotions across various channels to boost sales and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid overlap.
• Analyze sales data and promotional activities to align plans with customer demands.
• Analyze the business model of online platforms in the market to explore sales opportunities and establish networking/partnerships.
• Develop sales promotion plans and activities for presentation to partners.

Competencies

Education

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in online marketing and sales.

Knowledge

• Knowledge and understanding of the formats and processes of online sales channels (Touchpoints, Platform, Fulfillment & Inventory, Delivery)

Skills

• Understanding of sales, sales promotion activities, and products to develop marketing plans and sales promotion activities suitable for each partner.
• Planning, analysis, and calculation skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Coordination and persuasion with relevant departments.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders within the company.
