PIGPRO STAFF

Job Purpose

- Report, manage, import and export properties and data related to the rental farm.

Job Description (Accountability)

1. Daily work
- Combined with technicians (or technical representatives), guards receive bran, drugs, sperm, piglets, equipment (combined with on-farm maintenance) into the farm
- Combined with techniques, protection of bran, drugs, semen, pigs (weaning, pigs), equipment (combined with farm maintenance).
- With the same technique, the guard checks the dead pig's data (number of ears, house, sex, week old ..)
- The same technique and breeding department (if any) check the number of imported hogs' ears and send the ears to the transfer farm.
- Same technique to check stock of piglets that are giving birth
- Same technique to check stock of bran, medicine
- Receive and compare data of handwritten reports from technicians (reports of bran, drugs, semen, mating pigs, farrowing, weaning, death, removal, expulsion ..) from 4pm to 5pm against reality and reflect Report to engineering (or management) if data is problematic or inaccurate
- Enter data such as: report of mating, farrowing, weaning, dead piglets, weaned pigs, eliminated sows, imported bran, used bran, drugs & vaccines used, sperm production, semen received from another camp, ejaculate go to another camp... go to Pigpro
- Make a report on receiving pigs on the program
- Email reports on pig export, pig type, pig import, and bran receipt to relevant departments
- Update the image of a dead pig on the program
- Based on the report from the Pigpro program, calculate the number of piglets' ears and record them in the birth report
- Check the implementation of reports on Edoc, QR programs. pharmacy code.
2. Weekly work
- Every Monday print the missing forms, forms...for work
- Every Tuesday with the same technique, the security guard checks the stock of the total piglets
- Every Wednesday, check the sow card with the actual number of sows for the farrowing farm
- Thursday check AIAO and update report.
- Every Friday with the same technique, the security guard checks the stock of the total herd of tadpoles, the total herd of piglets.
- Every Saturday with the same technique of checking the report of the pig in the week and the problem pig
- Email weekly reports to admin, accountant, and related managers.
- Life support, and maintenance of 5 S at the farm
- Support new projects to apply work improvement: PO, QR code of medicinestore.
3. Monthly work
- Send reports on distribution pipes, sharp pipes, environment
- Synthesize SHE-KPIs & SHE Energy report data from safety officers and send email to the office.
- Finalize monthly reports and email reports"
- Report innovation projects, satisfied 1 day to apply work improvement.

- Complete and accurate periodic inventory of assets
