Job Purpose
Supervise the contractor’s chicken catching process from the farm to the slaughterhouse, ensuring chicken quality, biosecurity, and operational efficiency in accordance with company and customer standards.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Supervise the contractor’s chicken catching process to ensure timely chicken supply according to the slaughterhouse’s requirements.
- Ensure chicken meat quality meets customer standards.
- Inspect, support, and guide transport drivers to comply with operating procedures.
- Develop and implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Coordinate with laboratory veterinarians to enhance biosecurity effectiveness.
Ensure farms meet certification requirements (VietGAP, LR, etc.) and customer standards.
- Monitor and control transportation, materials, and inventory costs to optimize expenses.
- Conduct regular discussions with staff on energy saving and cost control initiatives.
