Job Description: 

Job Purpose

-Perform the search for suppliers to make purchases for their branch efficiently and in compliance with company policies, regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with the sourcing team for centralized procurement projects and find products/services required by users according to specific characteristics at the branch.
- Manage PR/PO/CPM and track delivery progress according to PO. Coordinate with BU and suppliers in case there may be any product-related problems to promptly meet the needs of the branch to ensure the right quality for BU.

Job Description (Accountability)

- Check prices and compare prices, browse orders (PO)
- Monitor and check the progress of PO opening, follow up delivery progress at branches and solve arising problems related to purchase
- Search, evaluate, screen and manage supplier database
- Make monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to the area under your management to the leaders
- Looking for new suppliers
- Compare, bid, negotiate prices when buying.
- Make an implementation plan and make a report on purchasing results in each stage to submit to the Leader
- Check PR/PO waiting for delivery and goods are behind schedule to meet the customer's demand date.
- Meeting with relevant departments to solve problems arising in the purchasing process.
