Job Purpose
- Control production targets (Input quality, output products, Yield…)
- Control food safety factors (schedule sample submission according to plan)
- Monitor production process to ensure production output according to plan.
Job Description (Accountability)
- Control the quantity of imported chemicals and production plans, reports related to chemicals used for production purposes.
- Monitor daily cleaning and use of chemicals correctly and sufficiently with the recommended ratio of the manufacturer, schedule sampling for analysis of microbiological factors to ensure the production process is safe for food hygiene.
- Monitor production work to ensure that the working process does not violate errors that affect product quality. When there are related problems, it is necessary to discuss with related departments for immediate handling to minimize the risk of affecting product quality.
