Job Purpose

1Implementing the quality control plan for the shrimp hatchery to achieve the objectives.
2.To control, plan, and monitor the quality of shrimp, plant, and animal hatcheries efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

Job Description (Accountability)

1.Control product standards and monitor the quality control system before distribution to ensure compliance with established standards.
2.Manage the analysis and processing of quality inspection results to develop and improve product standards in line with process development and customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
3.Collaborate in diagnosing and identifying root causes to prevent and solve quality problems in shrimp hatcheries, including developing related activities to ensure operations align with policies, goals, and objectives set to maximize customer satisfaction internally and externally.

Competencies

Education

Experience

Having at least 4 years of experience in research and development or quality control laboratory work.

Knowledge

-Knowledge of shrimp hatchery practices
-Understanding of shrimp quality analysis and inspection
-Familiarity with relevant standards
-Ability to plan and implement quality control measures for shrimp
