Job Purpose
Job Description (Accountability)
2. Verify the receipt and distribution of materials, equipment, and medical supplies.
3. Provide a summary report on production efficiency and remaining inventory of pigs, equipment, and medical supplies on a weekly/monthly basis.
4. Coordinate documentation with farm managers, animal husbandry, and relevant agencies.
5. Monitor, inspect, and archive various documents in both electronic and paper form.
6. Present received information internally and externally to supervisors and relevant agencies.
7. Ensure that documents used within the agency are up to date.
8. Collaborate to adhere to various standards such as quality management systems and
environmental management systems.
9. Participate in various activities prepared by the agency, such as 5S activities, Safety,
Occupational Health, and Environment (SHE) systems.
10. Prepare documents for disease control and prevention inspections and the administration of vaccines according to the program.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
