SUPPORT CENTER STAFF
Job Purpose
Supervise, control, oversee, and take responsibility for administrative tasks, vehicle management, and internal CSR activities within the farm to ensure they align with objectives and achieve maximum efficiency.
Job Description (Accountability)
1.Supervise and manage internal vehicle operations within the shrimp hatchery according to the vehicle policy.
2.Supervise the welfare facilities within the shrimp hatchery such as accommodation, cafeteria, cooperative, and laundry facilities to meet the needs of employees effectively.
3.Supervise occupational safety and health (OSH) activities to ensure the safety of employees and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
4.Supervise landscape maintenance within the shrimp hatchery to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing and efficiently clean.
5.Supervise the management of important documents and licenses within the shrimp hatchery to meet objectives.
6.Control and supervise administrative tasks to ensure they align with the operational plan.
7.Control and supervise CSR activities within the shrimp hatchery to ensure they are conducted efficiently according to the operational plan.
Competencies
Education
Experience
Experience in administrative work of at least 8 years.
