Job Purpose
1. Prepare, supervise, maintain, and inspect the environmental management system (ISO 14001:2015), CPF SHE&En system, and oversee the operation of wastewater treatment systems, waste management systems, and working environment conditions (lighting, noise, heat, chemicals, air quality).
2. Control, supervise, and inspect the environmental management system to ensure compliance with the operational plan and legal requirements.
3. Propose projects and improvements to the environmental management system to align with the implementation of ISO 14001:2015.
4. Maintain and uphold the environmental management system to meet the standards of ISO 14001:20015 and SHE & EN-CPF systems.
Job Description (Accountability)
1. Supervise, control, and monitor to ensure that relevant parties perform their duties in accordance with environmental laws and other requirements, and communicate with stakeholders accordingly.
2. Prepare reports in compliance with environmental laws.
3. Implement work plans set by the environmental committee for energy conservation and annual hearings.
4. Control, inspect, and oversee the operation of wastewater treatment systems, analyze monthly effluent quality inspections, and propose solutions if abnormalities are detected.
5. Coordinate with suppliers to assess and monitor the working environment (lighting, noise, heat, chemicals) and environmental measurements (air and water pollution, noise levels), prepare summaries and reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
6. Manage environmental aspects such as ISO 14001, CPF SHE & En systems, and customer audit systems related to the environment.
7. Provide training to enhance employees' awareness and knowledge of environmental matters, waste management, energy conservation, ISO 14001 requirements, and safety protocols including safe chemical usage and hearing conservation.
8. Receive and coordinate follow-up, resolution, and prevention of environmental complaints.
9. Coordinate with government agencies and other relevant entities on environmental matters.
10. Conduct safety checks and monthly 5S patrols in designated areas.
11. Propose environmental improvement projects.
12. Maintain and monitor standards for all areas.

Experience
At least 5 years of working experience in environmental work
Knowledge
- Have leadership qualities, systemic thinking, coordination skills, good interpersonal relationships, problem-solving abilities, decision-making abilities, vision, and high responsibility.
- Have creative thinking in promoting environmental consciousness among employees (ISO 14001:2015).
- Completed training and became an Internal Auditor for Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015).
- Proficient in computer usage and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs.
- Licensed to control water and air pollution certified by the Department of Industrial Works."
