Job Purpose

Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and technical systems to ensure high availability, supporting continuous, efficient, and safe operations.

Job Description (Accountability)

• Perform preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on machines/equipment • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Record maintenance data and report results • Follow safety standards and company procedures • Coordinate with engineers and related departments • Support installation and improvement of equipment • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Competencies

Education Description

Vocational Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields

Education (Max. 2 Major)

Experience

0–5 years of experience in technical or maintenance roles (fresh graduates with basic technical skills are welcome)

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of machinery, electrical, or mechanical systems • Knowledge of maintenance practices (PM, CM) • Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments • Knowledge of workplace safety practices • Basic understanding of technical drawings/diagrams
