Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Foreman of Machine Control is to oversee and manage the operation of machinery within a large food industry company in Thailand. This includes ensuring that all machines are functioning properly, coordinating with machine operators, and optimizing machine performance to meet production targets efficiently.

Job Description (Accountability)

1 Supervise and coordinate machine operators to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
2 Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
3 Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of machinery and minimize downtime.
4 Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee repair work on machines as needed.
5 Maintain records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
6 Train new machine operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures.
7 Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations in machine operation.

Competencies

Education Description

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or food industry setting.

Knowledge

1 Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
2 Understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to machinery operation.
3 Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and techniques.
4 Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
