Job Purpose

Planning, controlling, and monitoring production process and the work performance of production supervisors and workers to adhere to the established production plan. This includes developing work efficiency and product quality to create customer satisfaction and meet their demands.

Job Description (Accountability)

- Analyzing cost-effective expenditure
- Production volume according to production capacity
- Timely production of goods
- Employee productivity in production
- Product quality in accordance with production standards
- Employee work performance based on manpower capacity

Education

Experience

Work experience related to the field for at least 3 years.

Knowledge

- Strong understanding of production processes, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
