Job Description

• Take a leading role in the management and production of swine, ensuring the farm operates efficiently and meets established quality and quantity targets for livestock.
• Oversee all aspects of animal husbandry to promote healthy growth, reproductive success, and overall welfare of the animals in line with CPF (Thailand) standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize farm operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement sustainable farming practices that align with environmental stewardship, biosecurity measures, and industry regulations.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field preferred to ensure foundational expertise in animal biology and husbandry.
• Experience 1-2 years of hands-on experience in livestock or swine farm management, with familiarity in breeding, feeding, and health monitoring practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of animal husbandry principles as they relate to swine production and breeding.
• Experience in managing farm operations including coordinating with veterinary services and maintaining accurate production records.
• Background in applying biosecurity and disease prevention measures within an agricultural or livestock setting.
