Job Description (Accountability)

• Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and implement best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and resources.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all production staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics Science, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics Engineering or other related field.
• Minimum 2 years the produciton planning experience.
• Ablel to work in Ratchaburi province.
• Able to work 6 days/week.
