Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Assist in the development and execution of brand plans and strategies.
- Support Brand Manager in creating annual marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve market position.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials, including advertisement materials, packaging
- Ensure that all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to support new product launches.
- Assist in the creation of product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on market feedback.
- Work closely with sales, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Support internal teams with necessary brand-related information and materials.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as suppliers and agencies, to execute brand initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Brand Manager.
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance, including sales data, market share, and campaign results.
- Use analytics tools to measure the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen) is a plus.
- Passion for branding, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
