Job Description

• Provide veterinary expertise and technical support for poultry farms and production units.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate disease prevention programs, vaccine usage, and proper medication protocols.
• Investigate disease outbreaks and production issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Assess and ensure compliance with biosecurity measures and animal health standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to improve productivity and animal welfare.
• Conduct training sessions and provide technical knowledge to contract farms, internal teams, and business partners.
• Prepare analytical reports on animal health performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support the business in achieving high product quality, animal welfare, and traceability standards.

Education

Experience

• Experience in poultry health management (broilers, layers, breeder farms, hatcheries, or feed mills) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of disease prevention, vaccination programs, and poultry health management systems.
• Ability to analyze health data and link insights to production outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical consultation.
• Willingness to travel frequently to farms and production sites.
• Experience in farm certification standards (GAP, SPF, ISO, Animal Welfare) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare technical and analytical reports.
